Cooplo operates an online platform for facilitating garages for projects, hobbies, or storage purposes. Important: Cooplo is exclusively an intermediary platform. No contracts are concluded through Cooplo. Cooplo is not a contracting party to rental or any other agreements between users.
Important: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cooplo. Please ensure you understand all provisions before proceeding.
To use the platform, registration is required. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, all provided information is truthful, and you accept these Terms and Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
Cooplo exclusively provides: facilitation via an online platform for garage listings, information on availability, pricing and features, and communication between landlords and tenants. Cooplo expressly does NOT provide: rental contract conclusion, payment processing, identity verification, on-site inspection, mediation or advice, or any guarantees.
No contracts are concluded through Cooplo. Cooplo is merely an information and contact facilitation platform. All agreements between landlords and tenants are made exclusively between these parties outside of Cooplo. Cooplo assumes no responsibility for the formation, content, or fulfillment of any agreements between users.

Landlords must provide truthful information, ensure they are authorized to rent, and independently handle all legal, tax, and insurance matters. Tenants must independently inspect garages before any agreement and make all arrangements directly with landlords.
Cooplo is in no way involved in payments between users. All payments (rent, deposit, etc.) are made exclusively directly between the parties. Cooplo does not charge any fees or commissions. The platform is operated as a non-commercial project without profit intent. Cooplo assumes no liability for payment issues, fraud, or financial losses of any kind.
Cooplo assumes NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER for: damages of any kind (personal injury, property damage, financial losses), injuries, accidents or death, theft or vandalism, accuracy of listings, quality or safety of garages, behavior of other users, fulfillment of agreements between users, or any direct or indirect damages. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
⚠️ Important: Use of the platform and garages found through Cooplo is entirely at your own risk. Cooplo assumes no liability whatsoever.
Cooplo processes personal data within the framework of registration and platform usage. For detailed information, please see our Privacy Policy.
Since no contracts are concluded through Cooplo and Cooplo does not provide any paid services, there is no right of withdrawal against Cooplo. Any withdrawal rights from agreements between landlords and tenants must be asserted exclusively between those parties.
