All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Garage owners will receive payments minus our service fee. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy.
Users agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited activities include fraud, harassment, spam, or any illegal activities. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Cooplo acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for damages, theft, or incidents that occur in garages. Users engage with garage owners at their own risk.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Provisions regarding liability and user conduct will survive termination.
